Armand is a Canadian who started playing footy last year, and was registered with usafl last year also. He played in the kelowna cup, stampede cup and every club game except one. He registered right after kelowna cup. Had Vancouver had participated in the NW Cup planned for September (they pulled out a few weeks before), he would've had sufficient points.
