2023 was his first season playing USAFL games. From record in LMS, Harry was a first year player in 2023, with a verified playing history in PlayHQ (18 games played 3/31/23 - 8/25/23). Harry registered on 9/18, which does not satisfy the registration requirement, and his I94 shows entry into the USA on 9/13/23, which does not satisfy our entry requirement. Harry did not have an exemption on record that was put in last year, however failing to meet the above specified criteria should have prohibited him from playing in the first place. Harry somehow ended up in D4, and ended up winning BnF.
For 2024, in Harry's circumstance, now being considered a "returning player" he would typically bypass all the eligibility checks we do for First year Aussies. While Harry has earned the required number of points by flying over on multiple occasions this year, he has a current PlayHQ record for 2024 (17 games played between 4/5/24 - 8/23/24). E3 visa shows 9/11/24 as date of residence in the USA.
