Reason:
For Dylan, his first season playing in 2019, he has had a record playing history verified in PlayHQ (for each of 2019, 2022, 2023, 2024).
-While in 2019, he did register 6/19, enter the country on time, and earn NEPs, he had a distinct PlayHQ record. There is no exemption request in LMS. In 2019 he was able to compete in D1.
-In 2023, Dylan was considered a "returning player". He did earn points between 9/16/23 - 9/23/23. Due to lower NEPs requirement due to Covid, he competed in D1.
-For 2024, again, Dylan has an active PlayHQ record. His USAFL participation equates to 1 point from a metro 10/1/24 (this week). Dylan does not have enough NEPs for this season.
Div4 restriction assigned as a free agent to Ft. Lauderdale, if he chooses to play.
