2017 Austin Crows Exemption Request for Grant Campbell

13 year veteran of USAFL currently has 5 total points. Had shoulder surgery in April and only released by doctor to start playing again in early September. Short 1 metro match from qualifying. Has been at training and metros all year to help coach and umpire. Would have had enough qualification points but second round of TX Cup in Austin was cancelled due to Hurricane Harvey prohibiting Houston from attending. Travelled to the road game at Denver in September but did not get on the field and was coaching that day and thus did not get any points that day either. Please approve D1 exemption.
