2016 Austin Crows Exemption Request for Stephen Jones

Stephen moved to Austin from Scotland this season and joined the Crows in the July summer metro comp. He had never played or been exposed to Aussie Rules prior to joining the Crows. He had not played Gaelic Football either. Stephen has provided the club a copy of his French birth certificate and passport. Austin Crows seek an exemption to have Stephen categorized as a National for the purposes of the 50/50 rule.
