2013 Austin Crows Exemption Request for Noor Jehangir

Noor has played the last 5 National Tournaments with Austin and also plays for the US Revolution during some of these years. At last years National tournament in Mason, Noor injured his shoulder requiring 6 - 9 months of no contact sports. Noor also moved to Las Vegas for work and while he has traveled for games in Denver and Austin with the Crows this year, he will not have sufficient points to qualify. With Las Vegas not fielding a regular team, and Noor's playing history with the Crows, we seek an exemption to allow Noor to represent Austin at Nationals.
