2017 Arizona Hawks Exemption Request for Barry Mullen

AZ Hawks effectively reestablished as a club in June 2017, were able to field a full squad for a run with Los Angeles and Orange County in LA on June 24, and again in Denver to make a decent showing at Western Regionals. Getting our club assembled late (and summer heat in Phoenix when no one wants to play here) meant we were very limited for league game options, and San Diego was the only team that could fit us on their schedule for a game there a couple weeks ago. In all, our club, which is still trying to grow itself, had 3 opportunities for league games, along with our Metro scrimmage schedule this fall to get points. As a result, we have 8 guys that due to a combination of injury, work or joining the club more recently will need exemptions to play at Nationals in San Diego, and, as it stands, we will need them all to bring a full squad. Barry played in the LA/OC games, but didn't get credit. He also played at Western Regionals, but work commitments have limited him to only 1 Metro game, therefore (even with the LA/OC credit) he will need exemption.
