Three (3) copies of the Official Team Sheet need to be printed per game and distributed as follows:
- One copy to stay with host team
- One copy to go to visiting team
- One Copy to be faxed/scanned and emailed to Communications Manager at office@usafl.com, by head Umpire or host club official club secretary.
