Office Manager for non-profit sporting org

The United States Australian Football League (www.usfooty.com) is seeking a full-time office manager.

This position will be filled by a self starter, someone who can work alone and from home, working closely with the league’s President and executive board.

The position will be filled by someone who has a good grasp of computer work, including excel spreadsheets, has good telephone communication skills and excellent time management skills. The job description includes:

· Day to day office management including emails, phone calls and filing, focused on club communication

· Compile Minutes of all USAFL official meetings (via teleconference)

· Maintain League master list, including Player Registration

· Compiling of club quarterly reports

· Publish monthly e-newsletters

· National Tournament preparations, including attendance at nationals for duration of event

· Coordination of Special Projects

· Manage and process online usfootystore orders

· Other duties as directed

· Travel to regional USAFL events as required
