2017 Tulsa Buffaloes Exemption Request for Kye Stoneham

Kye lives in Joplin, Missouri. He has been playing with us for the past 3 years. The previous couple of years he played college football and was unable to commit fully. This year after getting married and stepping away from playing football he was able to participate in several games and metros. However, he did not record points because of his inability to pay the registration fee. He is a college student and the team pulled sponsorship dollars together to ultimately pay for his ticket to San Diego as well as his USAFL registration.
