Bryan is a long time San Diego Lion player and former board member who moved to the east coast 2 years ago to be with family. He is played multiple games this year for both DC Eagles and Virginia Lions as fully paid up member of the USAFL. We are requesting an exemption be granted for him to join us (his former team) to play division 1 football for the team he loves.
