Reason:
Tyler is a long time Steelhead who has participated in USAFL nationals in past years. He is also a captain/coach of one of our PAFL teams. He paid is USAFL dues late and therefore is short on points. If he had paid on time he would have had at least 6 points having played in many PAFL games as well as at the Throwdown and against Sacramento.
