This exemption request is for Alex Mirakian. He is a former member of the Florida Redbacks, but has played in 2 EAFL matches with the Hawks this season (North Carolina and Boston). He would like to join the Hawks for Nationals since his team in Florida disbanded, but has only accumulated 4 points with us. He still lives in Florida, so travelled all the way to Philly to get some games in with us this year. Cheers.
