2013 Orange County Bombers Exemption Request for Ian Kooloos

Ian Kooloos (Crash) is a long time member of the OC Bombers. He played several SCAFL games, participated in Revos Vs SCAFL and a couple of 18-side games. He was not planning on participate to Nationals for work reasons. He is now available to participate. He has already paid his registration and traveled to Reno at the Regional Tournament. Crash will play against LA on October 5th which will bring him to 4 points. Respectfully requesting exemption for eligibility points although he played more than 3 games.
