2013 North Carolina Tigers Exemption Request for Wes McCallister

Knowing that he wouldn't be able to participate in Nationals very early this year for the best reason possible - birth of his first child would be just prior to the tournament - Wes did not expect to be very active in footy in 2013. Seems footy has a stronger pull than he realized. All season long, he wasn't sure "if he'd be able to make it out for the rest of the year", but he has been very active in the club from pre-season training and throughout the year. Had he been registered since the beginning of the season, Wes would have enough points. Given the upcoming game on 10/5, that will be even more involvement this year. Wes has been active with the Tigers for nearly a decade as an American that loves learning and teaching this sport to others. Baby is here and healthy, and he just let me know that he is able and will bring the new family to Austin. Requesting an exemption to let him play in the tournament.
