2023 New York Magpies Exemption Request for Spencer Reisbick

Spencer is a long serving American player for the Magpies that lives some distance away from the City. He also has extensive work travel commitments that keep him from attending all of our match days. Despite this he is playing in our state of origin match over the upcoming weekend, this will get him to the minimum points qualification needed but I wanted to flag him anyway.
