Reason:
James Duty has played with the Nashville Kangaroos since 2012, a total of 47 games. Due to his employment as a restaurant manager, he has been working mainly evenings and weekends, so he has only played one game in 2017. His registration is paid. In consideration of his long history with the Nashville Kangaroos, we request an exception so he can play his 50th game with the Nashville Kangaroos at Nationals in San Diego.
