2018 Minnesota Freeze Exemption Request for Stephen Fashant

Steve has been a fixture with Minnesota Freeze for several years and has played with Revos in the past. Unfortunately father time has caught up with him resulting in him getting married and having kids, limiting his time availability to play footy. He had a baby this summer and wasn't expecting to play at nationals and hence didn't pay the USAFL dues until now, however missus has given him the OK to play at nationals at the last second. He has played enough games to have earned the points necessary if he paid earlier. Please give him an exemption to play at nationals.
