2015 Columbus ARFC Exemption Request for Rhys Spedding

It is for eligibility points and nationality. He moved to Columbus this summer and has not been able to play enough with us this year. He moved here from Indianapolis earlier in the season and now resides here with us American wife. He's been active with the club since he arrived but hadn't registered prior til last week. With that he has played 2 full games (Chicago and Cleveland, ) and a metro with us over the course of the year so technically would only be missing 1 point.
