Reason:
Paul has been around the club for about five years. He did not attend last years nationals, but has played Stampede Cup, and will play against Edmonton Sept 21st, along with most of our home games this year. The games he has played would see him qualify for points through the LMS, except we did not inform him early enough that you only receive points once you've paid your USAFL fees.
