2017 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Tim Stevens

Tim played with the Eagles last year while studying at an American University, then had to return to Australia. As of August, he has moved back to Washington DC and started practicing and playing with the Eagles again. Due to his late return, he was only able to get 4 points so far, and plans to get 1 more by playing in our last metro game. He has been at almost every practice since his return, and played in every game.
