6+ year player with the Austin Crows. Had to move to Waco/Dallas for work in recent year and has struggled to get any time off on weekends due to a heavy schedule. Has driven from Waco to make some trainings and USAFL games during the year. Wes also played earlier in the year for the Crows in the Texas Cup in Dallas but wasn't registered yet. Please approve D1 exemption.
