2013 Austin Crows Exemption Request for Stefan Barr

Stefan is studying at the University of Texas for 1 year. He has been with the club since the start of August. He has played several metro games, and will make the final scheduled Texas Cup games on October 5 in Dallas. However, due to the rained out game in Houston last week (5+ inches of rain, fields were flooded and City shut down all the parks), Stefan will be 2 points short for Nationals qualification. Stefan (along with half of the team) were already in Houston when the game was cancelled late Friday night. Stefan has also helped recruit American players from the University of Texas.
