Oct 11, 2008 2008 Nationals Scores - SaturdayOn a wet day where the temperature barely got above 40 degrees you'd almost mistake Colorado Springs for a mid season round of footy in Australia's winter. The biggest upset of the day would have to go to Division 1 number 4 seed, Vancouver beating #1 seed, Denver 22 to 15 in their morning game and convincingly beating New York 21 to 5 in their afternoon game. The spectacular fields at the Air Force Academy held up well in the rain and are by far the best fields I've played on in the past 9 Nationals. Read more » |
