Hotels for Nationals in Sarasota have been finalized. See below for reservation link. Sarasota is a great vacation destination and we encourage all players to take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy the beaches, sand and sun for a bit of a holiday following the tournament. 

There are a wide variety of hotel options this year including a couple beach front properties as well as less expensive properties closer to the fields at Premier Sports Campus. The beach front properties at Sandcastle and Lido Beach are limited availability and are first come first serve so if you are looking to stay on the beach be sure to book early.

The USAFL is proud to partner with HBC Event Services, a travel/booking agency with a nationwide reputation for excellence in managing travel for sports events.  HBC Event Services provides an easy way for you to book your hotel rooms with our partnered hotels at the best rates.  These rates are always the same, if not lower than, their best available rate and usually includes breakfast for your team.  HBC Event Services guarantees that if the tournament is canceled due to weather, you will not be charged for any cancelation penalties that you may otherwise have been subject to if you made your reservation elsewhere.  This guarantee does not include hotel reservations made after the hotel cut off dates.

USAFL NATIONALS HOTEL POLICY

Reminder that as with every Nationals ALL teams participating in the tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using our tournament housing services. A $1,000 fine will be levied to any club that does not stay at an official partner hotel. Please do not call the hotels directly. Book only through the hotel reservation link above. We appreciate your support as these partner hotels assist in sponsoring our event.
