Will currently works for Avery Dennison and lives in Portland, OR. He started playing footy with the Milwaukee Bombers in 2002. He then moved to Louisville, KY and played there until moving to Portland in 2009. He has been on the board or a president of both Louisville and Portland. Will holds a Master's in International Management from Portland State University. He teaches Materials Sourcing at Portland State University in the athletic, outdoor apparel and footwear division.
