2017 Tulsa Buffaloes Exemption Request for Lachlan O'Callaghan

Tulsa and OKC did a fair amount of recruiting after regionals. In Lachlan's case we were able to create a connection at KU and it proved fruitful when KU started classes. These efforts have resulted in two individuals who have become members of the Buffalos. Lachlan has attended our Grand Final watch party, attended training and attended a metro. If there had been additional games for him to play in after he was recruited he would have participated in those as well.
