Reason:
Michael "Scuba" Russell is an American player who is a long time member of the club. He's been a player in the USAFL for about 15 years. He has played 10 games with us this year but only has 4 points because he registered late, because, well, who knows why Scuba does what Scuba does. We're requesting an exemption so that he can play with us at nationals as he has every year for more than a decade.
