2019 Quebec Saints Exemption Request for Bogdan Rotaru

Bogdan played a full season with us and has been going to Nationals with the Saints since 2012. After this weekend he would have had enough eligibility points if he had paid his USAFL dues at the beginning of the season. He missed a Saints game vs Boston/Maine due to a clash with a Team Canada selection camp and missed games in New York due to injury. He also played a game on June 1 which was scheduled to be a Saints game but which became a metro game due to a late cancellation by a USAFL team.
