2014 North Carolina Tigers Exemption Request for Steve Henry

The Tigers have been recruiting hard since summer to build back numbers. Steve has relocated to Raleigh recently and has been out to practice and will be playing in our final game before Nationals. He formerly played with the Toronto Eagles while he spent time in Canada. He is newer to the Tigers, so have not been with the club long enough to have 3 games under his belt before Nationals.
