2013 North Carolina Tigers Exemption Request for Tomislav Cotic

One of our goals with the club has been to get back in with the local colleges (two of which used to have footy clubs). While that effort is ongoing, we did have a [Canadian] student, Tomislav - goes by Mijo/Miyo - at UNC become interested in what the sport is like at the USAFL level and participate in a couple home games, and will participate in this Saturday's game. He will even have the participation requirement (participating in 3 USAFL games=6 points, plus Metro) but did not register early so will not technically acquire the points. We're hoping that any/all exposure for the students will move things in the direction of the colleges again starting their clubs, hence our chief desire to bring Mijo to Austin. The participation will be at the D4 level, and he'll be exposed to the higher level play (D1/2) as a spectator.
