2018 New York Magpies Exemption Request for Dekeba Battee-Aston

Keba was born in Cairns but is American (so no i94), lived between the US and Aus in early childhood, went to elementary through high school in the US then went to Fordham. He never played football, only basketball, and is currently learning the rules. We are hoping that through his connections, in addition to Dan Lehane, we are able to create a college program with Fordham.
