Paul Mann is brand new to the NY Magpies. He has only recently played his first game for NY. He is Australian and looking to play reserves at the 2013 Nationals Tournament. As he is brand new, he does not have the 6 required points. As such we are requesting he be given an exemption so he can participate at Nationals on the reserve side. Thank you.
