2013 New York Magpies Exemption Request for Brendan Noakes

Brendan was born in Japan and raised in Singapore by internationals parents. He also lived in the US as a child before moving to Australia at age 14. He only recently joined the NY Magpies and has never played Australian Rules football before. He has played 3 games over 2 recent weekends which would qualify him for 4 points. However, unknowingly he only registered and paid with the League recently. Brendan has dual citizenship for both the United States and Australia. Thus, we request Brendan be designated as a National, and be allowed to compete as such at the 2013 USAFL Nationals and in the future. Thank you.
