2013 New York Magpies Exemption Request for Ben Collins

Ben Collins has been with the NY Magpies for 3 years. This year he moved to Dallas for work. He has been unable to play any footy both in Dallas and away games for the NY Magpies due to work commitments. He plans to continue to playing for NY in the future as he retains strong ties to the club. As such, Ben is looking to play on the NY Reserves side this year. As Dallas is unable to participate at Nationals, we request Ben be allowed to play for NY at the 2013 Nationals Tournament. Thank you.
