Nico has been with the MN Freeze for three years and has been a great player and mentor to young players. He paid his USAFL dues later this year since he wasn't sure he would be making it to Nationals. He would have earned enough points if he had paid the dues earlier.
Please give Nico an exemption so that he can play at nationals.
