2013 Milwaukee Bombers Exemption Request for Ross Leuzzi

Ross is a new player to the USAFL. He planned to pay with Arizona this year as he is living in AZ. However, when Arizona did not field at team at Nationals he was without a team. He is mates wit one of our players who suggested he play with the Bombers. So we are askign an exception on Points. He has not played with the Hawks or the Bombers this year. Alos, asking for a an exemption on local affiliation since he does not live in Milwaukee. If this excemption is not granted than we ask he be allocated another D4 team (in the oppostie bracker to us) so he can at least play. Paul
