2013 Houston Lonestars Exemption Request for Thomas Donnelly

Thomas is an Australian who has lived in the Houston area for 5 years, currently attending Texas A&M College. He discovered the Houston Lonestars in late July 2013 and has played one USAFL game against Baton Rouge (Aug 24) and multiple Metro games. He was scheduled to play in the Texas cup home game in Houston on Sept 21 however the game was cancelled due to bad weather. Thomas had four qualification points prior to this game so this game would have qualified him for Nationals.
