2013 Fort Lauderdale Fighting Squids Exemption Request for Ronan Shaughnessy

Ronan is a registered player with the Montreal Saints and is part of the Canadian North Winds Squad. For the past 2 Nationals he has join the Fort Lauderdale AFC under our sister club arrangement. The USAFL has registered him as a national and only since he switched to be on our D2 squad has his status changed. Ronan was also cleared by the AFL to play for the Canadian team in the International Cup as he never played football before moving to Canada. When we were accepted to compete in Div2, we were on the understanding that the 2 Montreal players (like in previous years) would classify as Nationals in the 50/50 mix. I would like to as for an exemption and that Ronan be granted Nationals Status for this Nationals and if needed, be reassessed for future Nationals.
