2013 Des Moines Roosters Exemption Request for Jared Hayes

Jared Hayes, Club Captain 2009. Moved to Amarillo 2011. Continues to play with Roosters Jared has participated in our 80/35 tournament 5/18/13. Jared played in Tulsa as a borrowed player for KC, TULSA, DALLAS 7/27/13 Jared has played games this year in Dallas as borrowed player. All Des Moines match rosters have been submitted to LMS with jared signature. Tulsa Tournament and any games he has played for Dallas have not been submitted by those clubs.
