2018 DC Eagles Exemption Request for Ryan Raybould

Ryan was unable to commit to dues for financial reasons early in the season and did not think he would be able to attend Nationals - however, he played and coached most of the games this season both home and away (which you can see in pictures and rosters) and is still very involved in the team. Had he paid dues early in the season he would have sufficient points, but he only recently discovered that he could attend the tournament due to a change in circumstances. Please grant him an exemption to play.
