2017 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Belinda Edwards

Belinda joined the team this August, in which we had no games due to the International Cup, and was therefore unable to generate the points necessary for Nationals eligibility. However, she has exemplary practice attendance, paid her dues in a timely fashion, and has played for us this September. Belinda has already begun discussing her plans for growing the team next season and is an enthusiastic teammate and player. Please grant Belinda an exemption for Nationals, as she did not have the chance to accrue the points.
