2013 Baltimore Washington Eagles Exemption Request for Mark Vigus

Brad and Dean Vigus, twin brothers originally from rural Victoria, are past players with Baltimore Washington DC Eagles. Both Brad and Dean played Division 4 at the Nationals in Louisville 2010 and Dean played with the Div 4 team in Austin 2011 and Mason in 2012. This year, a third Vigus brother, Mark, will be travelling to the US to take part in Nationals, hopefully with the BW Eagles division 4 side. Mark, Brad and Dean are travelling to Baltimore to take up employment in October. If possible they will play the Eagles last EAFL game before Nationals but in any event they will also be attending the tournament in Austin. They are very keen to rejoin their teammates, though neither player will have met the qualification game points as they will arrive in the USA just a couple of weeks before the tournament.
